A consultation meeting will be held with you to establish your needs and the scope of the project. We’ll ask you for details of your property, any online listings, photos, dimensions, floor-plans etc.
After the scope has been set, we will start to research your competitors, and start to determine how we can make your property stand out. Two to three moodboards will be created for you to review and choose from.
Once one of the design concepts has been chosen, each room will be designed and a 3D render and/or a 2D design mockup created. You’ll review the designs and give feedback, and we’ll make any changes.
Once the final designs are signed off by you, we’ll source and purchase all the items to be delivered to the property.
When all the items have arrived at the property, we’ll arrange for them to built. we can either stage the property for you in person. or do a virtual staging appointment (if remote). we’ll make sure each room looks photoshoot-ready by choosing and arranging the decor and furnishings.
we also take professional photographs for you to use for your listing.
Typically a design and build-out takes around 4-8 weeks depending on the scope of the project, and size of the house.
It depends on the scope of the project, the size of the property and location. However a typical range for full-service design is:
1-2 bed condos (minimal or no outdoor area) $2000-$5000
3-4 bedroom homes with outdoor space $5000-$10,000
5+ bedroom homes with outdoor space $10,000+
